Términos de uso

Estos Términos regulan el uso de MiniLearn y sus aplicaciones móviles y web. Al crear una cuenta o usar el servicio, aceptas estos Términos.

1. Elegibilidad

Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar MiniLearn. Si eres menor de edad según las leyes de tu país, tu uso debe estar autorizado por tu representante legal.

2. Cuenta y seguridad

Debes proporcionar información veraz y mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales. Eres responsable de toda actividad realizada desde tu cuenta.

3. Uso aceptable

No uses el servicio para contenido ilegal, abusivo o que infrinja derechos de terceros.
No intentes acceder a sistemas, datos o cuentas sin autorización.
No uses el servicio para extraer datos de forma automatizada sin permiso.

4. IA y resultados

MiniLearn genera rutas, lecciones y evaluaciones de forma automatizada. Los resultados pueden contener errores u omisiones. Debes validar información crítica antes de tomar decisiones basadas en ella.

5. Propiedad intelectual

MiniLearn y su contenido, marcas y software son propiedad de MiniLearn o sus licenciantes. No puedes copiar, modificar o distribuir el servicio sin autorización.

6. Planes y pagos

Podemos ofrecer planes gratuitos y de pago. Los precios, periodos y condiciones de renovación se muestran en la app. Las compras realizadas a través de App Store o Google Play están sujetas a sus políticas.

7. Disponibilidad y cambios

Podemos modificar o descontinuar funciones. Cuando un cambio sea relevante, intentaremos notificarte con antelación razonable.

8. Terminación

Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas por violaciones de estos Términos. Puedes dejar de usar el servicio en cualquier momento.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

El servicio se ofrece “tal cual”. En la medida permitida por la ley, MiniLearn no será responsable por daños indirectos o pérdidas derivadas del uso del servicio.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
Do not scrape or automate data extraction without permission.

4. AI and outputs

MiniLearn generates paths, lessons, and assessments automatically. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. Validate critical information before relying on it.

5. Intellectual property

MiniLearn and its content, trademarks, and software are owned by MiniLearn or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service without authorization.

6. Plans and payments

We may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are displayed in the app. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are subject to their policies.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features. When a change is significant, we will try to notify you in advance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts for violations of these Terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, MiniLearn is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service.
